William E. Nupp Jr.

William E. Nupp Jr, 44, of Pompano Beach, Florida, formerly of Coal Valley, died, Sunday, November 14, 2004 at West Boca Medical Center in Boca Raton, FL. Services are Noon, Thursday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Coal Valley, with interment following at Hampton Township Cemetery. Friends can visit with the family one hour prior to the service. Memorials may given to the family. William E. Nupp Jr. was born July 24, 1960 in Moline, IL the son of William E. and Glenna (Clark) Nupp Sr. He married the former Jeri Osborne on August 28, 1981 in Moline. Bill owned and operated South Florida Fruit Distributing, a produce trucking company and Crabby Jack's Restaurants in Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton, Florida. Before moving to florida, Bill was employed at Service Rubber Company in Rock Island for 9 years. Survivors include his wife, Jeri of Pompano Beach; father, William E. Nupp Sr. of Coal Valley; two brothers, Steven Popp of Naples, Florida and Jesse Nupp of Pompano Beach; four sisters and their spouses, Lori and Bill Rotz of East Moline, Lynn and Mike Benedict of Grand Mound, Iowa, Lana and Dennis Long Jr, and Sheri Nupp and her fiancée Mike Harris of Carbon Cliff, IL. Bill was recently preceded in death by his mother, Glenna, and his grandmother, Erma Howell.
