Wanda Teeter

Wanda Teeter, 74, of Coal Valley, died Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at home.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, Coal Valley. No services are planned.

The former Wanda Jean Gillespie was born September 17, 1944, in Nashville, Tennessee, to James and Helen Iomogene Sweeney Gillespie. She married Earl Hurr. She later married Kenneth W. Teeter in 1992, in Rock Island.

Survivors include her husband, Ken; children, Tom Hurr of Colona, and Tammy Eades of Geneseo; and a granddaughter. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Gillespie.
