Wanda S. Hulderson

March 6, 1949 — March 8, 2025

Reynolds, Illinois

Wanda S. Hulderson, 76, of Reynolds, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at her residence surrounded by loved ones.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Wanda Sue Hulderson was born on March 6, 1949, in Guin, Alabama, the daughter of Alvin and Dorothy (Lawrence) Morrow. She married Jerry Hulderson in October of 1972. They spent many cherished years together before his passing in 1986.

Wanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Alabama University and dedicated her professional life to the noble work of advising students at Black Hawk College, where she made a profound impact on countless young lives. Her passion for education reflected her unwavering belief in the power of knowledge and mentorship.

An avid sports fan, Wanda had a heart that beat for Alabama football, where the thrill of the game mirrored her own spirited nature. She took immense joy in watching the Chicago Bulls, often reminiscing about the seemingly gravity-defying performances of Michael Jordan. However, her greatest love was reserved for her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Wanda is survived by her children, Andrea (Mike) Muller and Scott Hulderson; grandchildren, Austin Muller, Alaina Muller, and Dylan Hulderson; and a sister, Frankie Trimm. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and an infant son, Tommy Shawn Hulderson.

Wanda Sue Hulderson will forever remain in our hearts, a guiding light whose love and laughter will resonate for years to come.
