Funeral Services for Violet E. Podolski will be 7:00 PM Tuesday in Trimble Funeral Home, Moline, IL. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, IL. Memorials may be made to One's Favorite Cemetery. Violet Podolski, 94, of Davenport, IA, formerly of Chicago, IL, died Sunday, February 22, 2004 at Fejervary Healthcare Center in Davenport. Ms. Podolski was born April 17, 1909 in Chicago the daughter of Michael and Anna (Napieralski) Podolski. She was employed as an investment banker at several banking institutions in Chicago for over 69 years, retiring in 1984. Survivors include her nephews, Shawn Podolski of East Moline, IL, and Michael Podolski of Parkview, IA along with several grandnieces and nephews.
