Vickie L. Cargile

Vickie L. Cargile, 64, of Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, May 2, 2018, in her home.

Graveside services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. Memorials may be made to the family, Animal Aid, Moline, or American Cancer Society.

The former Vickie Lynn Keenan was born July 13, 1953, in Moline, to James and Darlene Anderson Keenan. She married Gregory Dorr, Sr., in 1972, and they later divorced. She married Ralph Cargile in 1993. He died March 31, 2012. She had been a manager at Big 10 Mart, enjoyed stamp and coin collecting, and had played fast-pitch softball.

Vickie is survived by three children, Patricia Ruddell and her husband Charles of Coal Valley, Gregory Dorr, Jr. of Rock Island, and James Dorr of Moline; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her mother, Darlene Keenan of Moline; and siblings, David Keenan and his wife Donna of Rock Island, Ronald Keenan of Moline, and Carole Keenan of Reynolds. She was preceded in death by her husband, her father, and a grandson.
