V. Tafolla

Rudolph Tafolla, 82, of Silvis, Illinois, formerly of Moline, died Saturday, July 28, 2007, in Heartland Health Care Center, Moline.
A prayer service will be 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2007, at the Moline Community Center, with dinner being served immediately following the service. Friends and family may gather at the Community Center from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is entrusted with arrangements.
Rudy was born January 27, 1925, in Pekin, Illinois, the son of Geronomo and Ruth (Rodrigueze) Tafolla. He owned and operated Pancho and Rudy?s Cantina in Moline.
Rudy is survived by a sister-in-law, Terri Tafolla of East Moline, a sister and brother-in-law, Ann and John Aguirre of Mesa, Arizona, a brother, Joe Tafolla of San Jose, California, and a special friend and her son, Debra Mendoza and Jeremy Munday. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Tafolla.
