Timothy Skladzien

Timothy W. Skladzien, 57, of Maquoketa, Iowa, died Friday, September 13, 2024, at Genesis Medical Center East, Davenport, with his daughters by his side.

A gathering to celebrate Tim’s life will be 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, at the Eagle’s Club, 1102 E Platt St., Maquoketa. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Memorials may be made to the family.

Timothy Wayne Skladzien was born February 21, 1967, the son of Robert and Beverly (Helmold) Skladzien. He worked for Wendling Quarries for over 25 years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and adventures with his dog, Tank.

Tim is survived by two daughters, Abby McMahon of Maquoketa, and Sarah Skladzien of Hilo, Hawaii, and siblings, Patty Brown of Maquoketa, Shawn (Angie) Skladzien of Maquoketa, and Samantha (Brandon) Green of Tipton, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved dog, Tank.
