Terry Kirby

Terry Lee Kirby, Sr., 62, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Thursday, June 6, 2024, at home.

Cremation will be directed by Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Terry was born May 8, 1962. He married Brenda Cockerham and the couple had three sons prior to separating. He owned and operated his own janitorial service. He enjoyed sport shooting and fishing.

He is survived by three sons, Terry L. (Alexandria) Kirby, Jr. of Milan, Ryan Kirby of Virginia, and Adam Kirby of Rock Island; six grandchildren, Noah, Liam, Mya, Lily, Amoura and ; and siblings, James "Jim" Kirby of East Moline, and Teresa Joiner of Moline. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lila and Willis Joiner; and his ex-wife, Brenda Kirby.
