Ruby Lucille Reichenbach, 84, of Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, May 24, 2006, in Heartland Health Care Center, Moline.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, with The Reverend Tom Otis officiating. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is one hour before the services. Memorials may be made to Calvary Lutheran Church, Moline, where she was a member, the Diabetes Foundation, or the Heart Association.
The former Ruby Lucille Culp was born November 17, 1921, in Macomb, Illinois, the daughter of Wallace F. and Mattie (Lambert) Culp. She married Kenneth E. Reichenbach on July 8, 1939, in Clinton, Iowa. He died July 31, 1993. She was employed at Fannie Mae Candies in Moline for 33 years, retiring as manager in 1979. She previously worked at Montgomery Ward and Block and Kuhl department stores.
Ruby Lucille is survived by a sister-in-law, Eulace Culp of Moline, and several nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her husband, sisters, Dorothy Chandler, Hildreth Pearson, and Leona Kershaw, and a brother, Ronald Culp.
