Rosa Troche Soto

Rosa Troche Soto, 80, of Moline, Illinois, died Thursday, November 15, 2018, at home, surrounded by family.

A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Moline. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Visitation is 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Rosa was born September 13, 1938, in Guanajuato, Mexico, the daughter of Jose Troche and Josefina Soto.

She enjoyed dancing and listening to music, cooking, gardening, playing cards and bingo. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family.

Rosa is survived by children, Angela Ramirez, Rafaela (Manuel) Ramirez, Guadalupe (Teresa) Ramirez, Josefina (Luis) Ojeda, Jesus (Maura) Ramirez, Carlos (Delia) Ramirez, Gerardo (Alma) Ramirez; 19 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; two sisters; and four brothers.
