Moline, Illinois Roberta E. Ostlin, 85, of Moline, died Wednesday, May 22, 2002, in Heartland Health Care Center, Moline. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. The Reverend Edward Boryzc, First United Presbyterian Church, Moline, will officiate. Entombment is in Riverside Mausoleum, Moline. Visitation is 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to First United Presbyterian Church, Moline. The former Roberta VanBuskirk was born October 29, 1916, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Ralph and Gladys (Colwell) VanBuskirk. She married Harold Ostlin in 1942, in Detroit. He died in 1982. She was clerk and assistant to the pharmacist at the former Prescription Shop in Moline for 17 years, retiring in 1981. She previously worked at the former New York Store in Moline. She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, Moline, and Women's Club of Moline. She volunteered at the former United Medical Center for many years. She loved flower gardening and antiques, and enjoyed helping people. Roberta is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard and Shirley Rosenberg of Moline and Daniel and Marla Rosenberg of Kenmore, Washington; three grandchildren, Sheree Fahlberg and her husband Mark, Richard A. Rosenberg and his wife Connie, and Robert Rosenberg; five great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Edith Foster of Norfolk, Virginia.
