Ripp Charles Boysen came into this world on April 10, 2024 and went to be with Jesus a few hours later. His time on earth was short, but his impact is for a lifetime. Succumbing to his diagnosis of Trisomy 18, Ripp had a resilient spirit that was shown many times during his pregnancy. Ripp’s story has taught many about the love of Jesus and what true blind faith looks like.
His life made Jesus real again to his mother. His human condition guided the heart of his father to begin a walk with Jesus. His journey and his mother’s need for a friend strengthened a friendship through unselfish sacrificial love. His departure opened up a man’s heart in his search for answers about who God is and the purpose of prayer. The journey of his life made a young girl fall in love with him and learn to put her trust in the hope of eternal life. Three small children began their journey in learning about the excitement of heaven and being with Jesus.
Ripp’s story has reached and impacted many all over the world. How many more will be touched by the life of a child who came to earth for only a moment?
Ripp’s family includes his mother and father, Christopher and Ashley Boysen and his older brother, Beau Boysen. Both maternal and paternal grandparents, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. He is deeply loved and will be forever cherished by many.
