Addison June Pudenz, fifteen month old daughter of Carrie Daly and Daniel Pudenz, died suddenly Monday, June 6, 2011, at Trinity Rock Island.
A prayer service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, with Fr. Greg Jozefiak officiating. A gathering of family and friends will follow until 8 p.m. Private burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Memorials may be made to Iowa SIDS Foundation.
Addison was born March 6, 2010, in Davenport, Iowa.
She is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents, Sally and Mike Daly of Moline; paternal grandparents, Sandy and Darrell Pudenz of Carroll, Iowa; an uncle, Ryan Daly of Davenport; and an aunt, Kelly Daly of Washington, DC.
