Rachel M. Otten

Rachel M. Otten, 41, of East Moline, died Friday, January 21, 2022, at home.

A hospitality gathering is 3 to 4 PM. Friday, February 4, in CityView Celebrations on the lower level at Trimble Pointe, Moline, with a service at 4 PM. Cremation will take place, and burial will be in Payne’s Point Cemetery, Oregon, Illinois.

Rachel was born December 1, 1980, to Patsy Otten, and graduated from Polo High School. She loved kids, music and being outside.

Rachel is survived by a daughter, Brianna Griebel; foster mother, Connie Mummert, and aunt, Karen Otten.
