Patricia D. "Trish" Zvonik-Lechmaier, 50, of Geneseo, Illinois, formerly of Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at University of Chicago Medical Hospital, Chicago, Illinois.

Services are 3:00 p.m. Sunday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. Visitation is 11:00 a.m. until service time. Cremation will take place following services. Memorials may be made to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center, Milan.

The former Patricia Diane Zvonik was born July 2, 1962, in Moline, the daughter of Roald Leland and Rosemary June (Schebler) Zvonik. She graduated from Moline High School in 1980. Trish met her soul mate, John Lechmaier, in 1985, and they were married on June 7, 1993, in Cambridge, Illinois. They spent 28 loving years at each other's side.

Trish enjoyed life. She loved being with her friends and family, traveling, being outdoors on beaches in warm weather, and watching sunsets. Trish loved driving her convertible with rock & roll music blasting, dark sunglasses on and her hair blowing in the wind. She was a Chicago Bears? fan and loved all animals, especially her cat, Esmeralda.

Trish is survived by her husband, John Lechmaier, of Geneseo, her parents, Roald and Rosemary Zvonik of Moline, two sisters, Barbara (Robert Rupp) Zvonik-Siefker of Blue Grass, Iowa, and Karen (Brad) Petersen of Moline, a niece, Abigail Siefker, and a close friend, Rick Fernandez of Colona, Illinois.
