Patricia M. Hesser

Patricia M. Hesser, 82, of Moline, Illinois, died Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Rosewood Care Center, Moline.

Services are 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, with visitation one hour prior to services. Burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family.

The former Patricia Mary Kaskadden was born January 1, 1935, in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of Milton and Mary (VanDerGinst) Kaskadden. She married Dale L. Hesser on May 17, 1951, in Rock Island. He died June 3, 1992.

She worked in the kitchen at the Eagle's Club in Moline for over 20 years. She enjoyed playing and working Bingo games, playing video poker at the casino, and working on jigsaw puzzles. She also liked crafts, especially crocheting.

Patricia is survived by five children, Dale (Milissa) Hesser Jr., Audrey Rankin, Carolyn Kirby, Diana (John) Hoffman, and Brian Hesser, all of Moline; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; a brother, Jack (Sue) Kaskadden of Port Byron, Illinois; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dale; two sons, Larry and Michael Hesser; two grandsons, David Rankin and Jamie Hesser; a great-grandson, Kaleb Hesser; a sister, Darlene Melton; and two brothers, Dick and Bob Kaskadden.
