Patricia J. Koch

Patricia Jean Koch, 88, of Davenport, Iowa, formerly of Rock Island, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Bettendorf, Bettendorf, Iowa.

There will be no visitation or service. She donated her body to the University of Iowa. She wants you all to celebrate her life with family and friends, take them out to eat and tell them you love them. Trimble Funeral Home & Crematory, Moline, is assisting the family. Memorials may be made to any humane society.

Pat Jean Schelfaut was born July 16, 1930, in Moline, to Edward and Eva (Smith) Schelfaut. She married Richard Zeroth in 1948 and had five children. She married Ron Koch in 1965 and he passed away in 1989.

Pat was employed by the former St. Luke's Hospital in Davenport for 20 years, retiring in 1990. She enjoyed being with family and friends and her cat, Minnie.

Survivors include her children, Rick Zeroth of Rock Island, Russ (Connie) Zeroth of Moline, Cindy Reeder of Moline, Lori Stark of Andalusia, Illinois, and Mark Zeroth of Davenport; grandchildren, Paul (Crystal) Davis, Trish (Ron Lawson) Zeroth, Erik (Mindy) Zeroth, and Rick (Andrea) Zeroth; four great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Janet Mosher; and her special cat, Minnie.
