Patricia I. Fisher

Patricia I. Fisher, 60, of Moline, Illinois, died Monday, April 17, 2017, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island.

Services are 1:00 p.m. Friday at Trimble Funeral Home, Coal Valley. Burial is in Coal Valley Cemetery. Visitation is 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen of Greater Iowa.

Patricia was born December 29, 1956, in Mount Clemens, Michigan, the daughter of Jesse and Margaret (Fisher) Fisher. She graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1975 before going on to earn a degree in business from the University of Iowa. She lived in Chicago for 10 years, working for Paine Webber and earning a master's degree in economics from DePaul University.

She worked at Track Data Corporation and lived in Los Angeles for 20 years before moving back to the Quad Cities in 2011. Most recently, she was a contract specialist on the Rock Island Arsenal. She enjoyed traveling the world, gardening, and was an avid Cubs, Bears, and Hawkeyes' fan. She loved animals and volunteered at a rescue shelter while in California.

Patricia is survived by two sisters, Jaianne (John) Fulkerson, and Debra (Dean DeVoss) Shepherd, all of Moline; a brother, Joseph (Debbie Townsend) Fisher of Ottumwa, Iowa; her beloved nieces and nephews, Nathan and Tiffany Lunsford, Nikki and Rick Anderson, Matthew Lunsford, John and Tabatha Fulkerson, Leanna and Kurt Rosebeck, David and Sarah Fulkerson, Heather and Richard Hudson, John and Amanda Shepherd, Adam Shepherd, and Kelli, Steffie, and Sarah DeVoss; 24 great-nieces and nephews; 3 great-great-nieces and nephews; and her best friend, Margaret Chedote of Los Angeles. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Terri Fisher, and a nephew, Danny Fulkerson.
