Patricia A. Krause

Patricia Ann (DeMay) Krause, 88, of Geneseo, Illinois passed away peacefully, August 11, 2019, at Hammond-Henry Hospital, Geneseo.

A Celebration of Life Service will be announced soon. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Memorials can be sent to the Krause Family.

She was born March 8, 1931, in Prophetstown, Illinois, the daughter of Alphonse and Marjorie (Lindberg) DeMay.

Pat, beloved wife of Jim (married May 15, 1954) , mother to Trieca Edwards (Kent), Geneseo, and Jay Krause (Debbie), Moline, sister, grandmother of six, and great grandmother of seven, leaves
a legacy of love in always being there for her family. Many of them surrounded her in love in
her final days.

Along with her parenting, grand parenting, and great-grand parenting expertise, Pat was a
master seamstress and upholsterer.

Pat was a member of Women of the Moose, and St. Malachy's Church. She was an avid sports fan and loved her Chicago Cubs. She also loved to watch the Bears and cheer for #88 Nascar driver, Alex Bowman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, and beloved son Richard.
