Pamela Peets Cady, 74, of Bettendorf, Iowa, formerly of Moline, Illinois, died Friday, January 1, 2021, in Iowa Masonic Health Facility, Bettendorf.
Private services are 11 a.m. Monday in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, with The Rev. Michael Swartz officiating. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory following the services. Memorials may be made to the family.
The former Pamela Jean Peets was born July 9, 1946, in Vero Beach, Florida, to Thomas Jr. and Ellen (Hoel) Peets. She married Cecil Cady in 1970, in Moline, and they were later divorced. She worked at John Deere Industrial Equipment in Moline for several years, and was an artist. She was a member of First Congregational Church, Moline. In addition to arts and crafts, she enjoyed jewelry making, playing cards with friends, and spending time with her family.
Pam is survived by two daughters, Tamara Cady-Marshall of Bettendorf and Tiffany Cady of Sterling, Colorado; three grandchildren, Mason Cady-Kehl, Payton Hansen, and Christian Marshall; a sister, Suellen (John) DeVito of Ocala, Florida, and a half-brother, Tommy (Tavara) Peets of Atlanta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her brother, J. R. Peets.
