Nagendra Kumar Anthati, at the age of 49, from Bettendorf, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at home after a courageous battle with cancer. Originally native of Rajampet, India.
Nagendra Kumar Anthati was born April 11, 1975, the son of Mohan and Krishnaveni Anthati. He married the love of his life, Sumitra Satoor, native of Hyderabad, on September 19, 2004, in India.
As a hardworking, passionate, and caring family member, Nagendra started his beautiful life in America with his wonderful family and friends he met throughout his journey. He enjoyed listening to music, watching documentaries and cooking videos, and especially spending quality time with his loved ones. Additionally, he dedicated most of his career working for John Deere as SAP Basis Engineer. Nagendra’s world revolved around his loving family, his wife and sons.
Nagendra is survived by his beloved wife, Sumitra Satoor; his two sons, Abhinav and Atharva Anthati, of whom he was extremely proud of; his parents, Mohan and Krishnaveni Anthati of India; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Vinod and Swayam Prabha Satoor; his brother, Nandakishore (Sandhya) Anthati; sisters, Padmaja Anthati and Sowjanya (Lakshminarayana) Alla; brother-in-law, Vaishnove Satoor; and many close friends, family, and work colleagues.
Visitation and services are from 10:00 a.m. to Noon on Friday, May 24, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline.
