Maryjane A. Grabbe

Aledo, Illinois Maryjane A. Grabbe, 81, of Aledo died Friday, May 31, 2002 at Aledo Health and Rehabilitation Center. Graveside services for Maryjane will be Tuesday at 1:00 at Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the Maryjane Grabbe Memorial Fund. Trimble Funeral Home, Aledo is in charge of arrangements. Maryjane was born on February 23, 1921 in Moline, Illinois to Carl and Judith (HoLmquist) Cederlund, Jr. She married Ben Grabbe in 1950 in Rock Island. He preceded her in death on July 6, 1972. Maryjane enjoyed gardening, needlepoint, quilting, drawing, reading and jigsaw puzzles. Maryjane is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Nancy Grabbe of Aledo; 3 step-grandchildren, Terry, Kevin and Kenneth Aldridge of Galesburg; 10 step-great-grandchildren; 2 nieces, Sandie Semois of Milan, and Susan Shannon of Hampton.
