Mary S. Stozek, 80, of Coal Valley, Illinois, died Tuesday, March 26, 2013, in Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, Illinois.
Visitation is 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Coal Valley. Burial will be in St. Casimir Cemetery, Chicago.
The former Mary Stella Palakaitis was born June 14, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, to Ignatius and Kazimiera Dquktenis Palakatis. She married Edward Stozek on June 14, 1952, in Chicago. He died June 1, 1963.
Mary is survived by four children and their spouses, Norman and Sue Stozek of Greenfield, Wisconsin, Douglas Stozek of Coal Valley, Yolanda Lefler of Davenport, Iowa, and Michelle and Jeffrey Robinson of Coal Valley; ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
