East Moline, Illinois Mary D. Burns, 84, of East Moline, died Saturday, March 23, 2002, in Illini Hospital, Silvis. Visitation will be 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. Funeral Services will be private, and burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Estate, Moline. Trimble Funeral Home, Moline, is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be given to a favorite charity. Mary Dumon was born on May 12, 1917, in Moline, daughter of Gustaf and Julia (DeRammelair) Dumon. She married James Noel Burns on June 27, 1936 in Moline. He died December 4, 2001. She was a past president of the Eagle Club Auxiliary in Moline. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and enjoyed playing Bingo and cards, and wintering in Arizona with her husband. Mary is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Roger DeBacker, and son and daughter-in-law, James and Shirley Burns, all of Moline; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Helen Creen of Silvis.
