Mark Haddick, 69, long-time Moline fire fighter, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, in the emergency room at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Moline.
Private family services will be held. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. Memorials may be made to the Moline Fire Department.
Mark Lueders Haddick was born October 15, 1950, in Moline, to Dean Z. and Nina (Lueders) Haddick. He graduated from Illinois State University and married Vickie Jameson on January 12, 1974, in Moline. He was a fire fighter with the Moline Fire Department for over 30 years, retiring in 2010. He cherished his close ties with his fellow fire fighters, and loved spending time with his granddaughter.
Mark is survived by his wife, Vickie; two sons, Scott Haddick of Milan, Illinois, and Kyle Haddick and his partner, Jovanna Rigsby of Moline; his granddaughter, Kyleigh Haddick, and Jovanna’s daughter, Rhemi Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant daughter Andrea Haddick, and brother, Dean W. Haddick.
