Marjorie Clark Bragg Bartl, 89, of East Moline, Illinois, formerly of Williamsfield, Illinois, died Saturday, March 10, 2007, in Pathway Hospice at Trinity at Terrace Park, Bettendorf, Iowa.

Services are 2 p.m. Friday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. Cremation will follow the services. Visitation is Noon to 2 p.m. Friday. Memorials may be made to Trinity Pathway Hospice or Alzheimer?s Association.

The former Marjorie E. Clark was born March 11, 1917, in Mashulaville, Mississippi, the daughter of Richard and Lottie (Edwards) Clark. She married Ezekiel Bragg in 1932, in Louisville, Mississippi. She later married Frank Bartl in 1985 in Newport News, Virginia. He died in 1991.

She loved being with her family, and enjoyed quilting, gardening, and cooking.

Marjorie is survived by seven children and their spouses, Lillie Bragg of Rock Island, Ora Bragg of Chicago, Ezekiel and Elizabeth Bragg of Rock Island, Minnie Kate and Bruce Jarvis of Peoria, Oliver and Brenda Bragg of Wilmington, North Carolina, Wynell Bragg of Bettendorf, and Marjorie (Moody) Bragg of Rock Island; 21 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; and a host of great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.
