Marilyn Enlow, 82, of Milan, Illinois, died Tuesday, March 10, 2015, in Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, Iowa

Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church, Moline, with The Reverend Florine Scott officiating. Burial is in Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Memorials may be made to the church or Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House.

The former Marilyn Ida Ward was born April 30, 1932, in Virden, Illinois, to John and Elizabeth (Peters) Ward. She married Delmar Eugene Enlow on July 10, 1949, in Gillespie, Illinois. He died August 12, 2005. She worked at Rock Island County Partners in Job Training for many years, retiring as Executive Secretary to the Director in 1997. She was a member of Bethel Wesley United Methodist Church, was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, and enjoyed visiting the gambling boats. She loved spending time with her family and following all of their sporting events.

Marilyn is survived by five children and their spouses, Bob Enlow of Moline, Jeri and Walt Hodge of Milan, Jodi Petoskey of Bettendorf, Bill and Melissa Enlow of Rock Island, and Jack and Christine Enlow of Milan; eight grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, and their families; and siblings and spouses, Bill and Pat Ward of Raymond, Illinois, and Janice and Woody Woodruff of Gillespie. She was preceded in death by her husband, sisters, Betty McCulley and Mildred Heck, and brothers, Jack and Dick Ward.
