Maria Milagros Navarro Padilla

Maria Milagros Navarro Padilla, beloved daughter of Veronica Padilla and Erik Navarro, of East Moline, Illinois, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Christmas Day, December 25, 2024. 

After being given just hours to days to live because of Trisomy 18, Maria’s family was blessed with 40 days with her.

Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 30, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Moline. Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, December 29, in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, and one hour prior to services at the church. Burial is in Riverside Cemetery, Moline. Memorials may be made to the family.

Maria was born November 15, 2024, in Peoria, Illinois.

She is survived by her loving parents, Veronica Padilla and Erik Navarro of East Moline; her siblings, Veronica Jaqualine Corona, Yasmin Padilla, Angel Padilla, Emilio Navarro, Esteban Navarro, and Elias Navarro Padilla; grandparents, Heriberto and Patricia Navarro of Moline; and aunts and uncles, Juan Gabriel Padilla, Freddie Padilla, Faviola Padilla, Michael Navarro, and Carlos Navarro. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Maria Teresa Padilla and Daniel Peña.
