Lynda L. Aldrich

Lynda L. Aldrich, 61, of East Moline, Illinois, formerly of Geneseo, Illinois, died Saturday, April 19, 2003, in Trinity Medical Center, Rock Island, Illinois.

Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. The Reverend Joseph Robb will officiate. Burial is in Moline Memorial Park. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to Trinity Oncology Center.

The former Lynda Lou Hubing was born June 19, 1941, in Terry, Montana, the daughter of Lee and Leone (Burton) Hubing. She married Malcolm W. Aldrich on November 30, 1963, in Billings, Montana. She had worked as assistant manager at The Merry-Go Round in Geneseo. She enjoyed gardening and playing golf, had many friends, and was surrogate mother to many neighbor children.

Lynda is survived by her husband, Malcolm; two sons, Malcolm M. Aldrich of Rock Island, and Patrick L. Aldrich and his fiancé, Kori Marucco, of Chicago; and three sisters, Benita Nelson, Nonnie Lund, and Karen Wendland, all of Billings, Montana.
