Lorraine M. White

Lorraine M. White, 82, of Moline, Illinois, died Monday, December 28, 2020, at home.

Private services have taken place. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of the Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

The former Lorraine Lobretto was born January 1, 1938, in Michigan, the daughter of Tony and Allie M. (Hogmire) Lobretto.

Lorraine loved the Lord and was a devoted Christian, serving in her church and doing volunteer work in nursing homes. As a housewife, she raised six kids. She started working at Servus Rubber and retired after 22 years.

She loved gardening her flowers, and absolutely loved her birds. She had feeders and birdhouses outside her windows so she could watch them all day long. She also loved playing scrabble, board games, and crossword puzzles. She doted on her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Survivors include five children, Anthony (Robyne) Wright of Georgia, Felicia Wright of Florida, Nathan Hildreth of Moline, Sonny Hildreth of Colona, and Melissa Houston of Moline; her beloved grandchildren, Amber, Chad, TJ, Adam, and Arionne; great-grandchildren, Kensie, Talia, Adam Jr., Ryder, Sylvie, Zackey, and Elizabella. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Randy Wright.
