Lloyd L. Carlsson

Lloyd L. "Doc" Carlsson, 76, of Davenport, Iowa, died Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at home.

A memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2018, in the chapel at Ridgecrest Village, Davenport, immediately followed by burial at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Cremation will take place prior to services at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of the Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.

Doc was born July 24, 1942, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Nils and Helen (Hampe) Carlsson. He was a nurse anesthetist.

Doc is survived by his special friend and partner, Betty Cripe of Davenport; brothers, Ronald (Gloria) Carlsson of Kihei, Hawaii, and Andrew Carlsson of Mars, Pennsylvania; and a nephew, Mark (Marcie) Carlsson of Butler, Pennsylvania.
