Linda Hutchison, 77, of East Moline, Illinois, died Wednesday, December 13, 2017, in Rosewood Care Center, Moline, Illinois.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Elim Covenant Church, 5201 18th Avenue, Moline. Burial is in Moline Memorial Park. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline. Memorials may be made to the church or Animal Aid, Moline.
The former Linda Lou Anderson was born April 11, 1940, in Moline, to Lyle and Leota Mitton Anderson. She married Frank Fitch in 1966, in Moline. He died in 1973. She married Ray Zimple in 1974, in Moline. He died in 2003. She married John Hutchison on December 10, 2005, in Moline. She had been employed in the jewelry department at Montgomery Ward in Kansas City, Missouri, and was a receptionist at Trimble Funeral Home. She was a member of Elim Covenant Church, King's Daughters, and Moline Viking Club. She loved her dog, Peaches, and enjoyed singing and dancing and had been a member of a women's chorus.
Linda is survived by her husband, John; five children and spouses, Steven Quillin of Colorado, David and Kelly Quillin of East Moline, Pamela and Steve Carton, Michele and Richard Maranda, and Rodney and Jackie Fitch, all of Moline; a step-son and his wife, Brad and Colleen Hutchison of St. Paul, Minnesota; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Ron Anderson of Newton, Kansas; and a sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Dan Nelson of Silvis.
