Marshall Gulley, 45, of Moline, died Tuesday, June 21, 2005, in his residence.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. Friday at National Cemetery on the Rock Island Arsenal. Friends wishing to attend should meet at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, at 9:45 a.m.
Lawrence Marshall Gulley was born May 12, 1960, in Moline, the son of Lawrence E. Gulley and Betty McGuire Gulley. He served in the U. S. Navy as a military policeman for 20 years, retiring in 1998. After retirement, he worked as a guard at Thompson Correction Center, at FBG Services, Davenport, and Wal-Mart, Moline.
Marshall is survived by his mother, Betty Thomas of Milan; his father. Lawrence E. Gulley of Rock Island; two sons, Justin and Joshua Gulley, both of Pennsylvania; a brother, John Gulley of Lynn Center; sisters, Trudy Zielstorf of Davenport, and Becky Thorndyke and Julie Miller, both of Coal Valley; and a special friend, Maggie Pelletier of Moline.
