Kristalyn persistently quested off the beaten path. After her attainment of her home school diploma, she pursued an endless quest for wisdom.

Never one to shy away from a debate; Kristalyn was known to even traverse to a different perspective.

Everyone she met, including close friends and family, always concluded that she was the smartest person they had ever met.

Kristalyn’s favorite past time was baking as she appreciated the chemistry and level of precision (to the gram!) quintessential to the art. Socrates (her spider plant) and Aristotle (her golden pothos) benefited from her botanical intuition. A master of propagation, she could bring any cutting to root.

Kristalyn always planned obsessively prior to undertaking any project she attempted. Sewing being one topic she focused untold hours on.

Her friends and family will miss her quick wit, her sense of humor that was often as dry as the Sahara, and sarcasm being her default vernacular.

She is survived by her father, Lee A. Mowers; mother, Debra S. Mowers; sisters, DeAndra Mowers, Lorissa Mowers-Adrianzen  (Micheal Adrianzen), and Katrina Browning (Steve Hershman); her niece, LeeAnn Porter; and nephews, Therron and Zander DeBackere
