Kevin R. Pierce

Kevin R. Pierce, 61, of Moline, Illinois, died Friday, August 16, 2024, at St. Anthony’s Nursing and Rehab Center, Rock Island, Illinois.

Services will be announced at a later date. Burial is in Moline Memorial Park under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home & Crematory.

Kevin Richard Pierce was born October 27, 1962, in Moline, the son of Richard and Janice (Tueckes) Pierce. He graduated from Moline High School and went on to attend Augustana College in Rock Island.

He was an active member of First Baptist Church, Moline, where he helped with the youth group and bowled in their bowling league. He was also a member of Moline Lodge #1014 AF & AM, now Doric Lodge. 

Kevin was active in Quad City Music Guild for most of his life, serving in many capacities including on-stage, lighting, and on the stage crew. He also was involved in RPG gaming groups for decades. He especially enjoyed the group of friends that got together on Sundays for many years.

He is survived by his sister, Carolyn Pierce of Dwight, Illinois, and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
