Kerry D. Sellers

Kerry Sellers, 64, of LeClaire, Iowa, passed away after a short illness on July 24, 2024.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, Illinois, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. 

Kerry was born in August 1959, to Perry and Marilyn Sellers, in Moline, Illinois. He attended Moline High School then got his GED and a welding certificate from Black Hawk College. He worked most of his life as a carpenter. He loved woodworking and took up whittling. He made many things and gave almost all of them away. He loved to fish, garden and the Chicago Cubs. He even taught himself to play the guitar and the ukulele after he retired. Kerry was Kathy’s best friend and partner for 40 years. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Mitch Sellers. He is survived by his wife Kathy; sons, Tony and Cody; sisters, Cindy (Ray) Zaragoza, Jody (Mike) Smith, and Lisa (Kollin) Michaels; his brother, Matt (Dee) Sellers; and 5 grandchildren.
