Jimmy L. Cousins

Jimmy L. Cousins, 78, of Moline, Illinois, died Saturday, March 9, 2019, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island, Rock Island, Illinois.

There will be no services. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Jimmy Lee Cousins was born July 30, 1940, in Centerville, Iowa, the son of Leslie and Charlotte (Greene) Cousins. He married Rebecca Book on August 17, 1971, in Aledo, Illinois. He was a foreman for Richard Goebel Company and Rock Island Packaging.

His passion was woodworking and he was always helping others. There wasn't a house in his neighborhood that he hadn't worked on.

Jimmy is survived by his beloved wife, Rebecca; two children, Jim Cousins, Jr. and Rhonda (Joel) Paine; a step-son, Rusty Agan; two granddaughters, Alex and Katie; and siblings, Max Cousins and Betty Lindsey. He was preceded in death by his parents and 10 siblings.
