Joy, Illinois Funeral Services for Jeremiah A. Bishop, 7, of Joy will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at the Joy United Methodist Church. Visitation is one hour prior to services. Memorials may be made to the Jeremiah Bishop Memorial Fund. Burial will be in Peniel Cemetery. Trimble Funeral Home, Aledo is in charge of arrangements. Jeremiah died on Friday, March 30, 2001 at the Mercer County Hospital, Aledo. Jeremiah was born on April 18, 1993 in Kankakee, IL to Richard and Evonne (Noe) Bishop. Jeremiah was a member of Westmer Larger Parish where he enjoyed greeting everyone and truly loved all the parishners. He was a bright, happy, loving child who could bring laughter and joy to your heart. Jeremiah is survived by his parents, Rev. Richard and Evonne Bishop; his 7 brothers and sisters; Jacob A., Rachel M., Ruth A., James A., Joshua A. Rebekah M. and Josiah A. Bishop all of Joy; his paternal Grandmother, Rachel Bishop of Marshalltown, IA; and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and his church family. Jeremiah was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Rev. Cloyd Bishop and his maternal grandparents, James B. and Norma Noe. END OF OBITUARY
