Graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, at Rock Island National Cemetery, where Vietnam Veterans of America will present military honors. Those wishing to attend should meet in the parking lot at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, at 9:45 a.m.
Jeffrey was born October 23, 1940. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
