Jay C. Jennings

Jay Jennings, 54, of Lynn Center, Illinois, died Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at home.

A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home at Trimble Pointe, 701 12th Street, Moline, Illinois. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family or American Cancer Society.

Jay Colin Jennings was born on May 30, 1967, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of John and Nancy (Irelan) Jennings. He married Tina Graves on December 11, 1992.

Jay worked as a plumber for A.L.L. Equipment. He enjoyed guns, shooting, and gatherings with friends and family.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Tina Jennings; his father, John Jennings; two children, Robert (Lauren) Jennings and Kyla (Ian) Roden; his grandchildren, Astrid, Mylee, and Todd Jr.; and his two brothers, Waylon (Lori) Jennings and Charles Jennings. Jay was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Jennings; his grandparents; his father-in-law, James Masengarb; and his mother-in-law Kitty Graves.
