I. Janette Morehouse, 75, of Moline, Illinois, died Saturday, September 22, 2007, in Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus, Silvis.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials may be made to the Janette Morehouse Memorial Fund. Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline, is entrusted with arrangements.
The former Ina Janette Danner was born February 7, 1932, in Pike County, Illinois, the daughter of Jesse S. and Lola (Sarver) Danner. She married Clinton E. Morehouse on July 27, 1950, in Chicago. She was executive secretary at Key Buick-Pontiac for 15 years, retiring in 1995. She enjoyed NASCAR Racing, Ceramics and traveling.
Janette is survived by her husband, Clinton; six children and spouses, Patricia Pursley of Silvis, Jesse ?Tuffy? and Cindy Morehouse of Colona, Sue and Joey Mitchell of Clarkton, Missouri, Robin Morehouse of Davenport, Lori and John Cutrell of Sikeston, Missouri, and Benny Morehouse; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Ronald and Nancy Danner of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Thomas and Beverly Danner of Great Plains, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Margie Cutrell, and a brother, Jesse J. Danner.
