Irmgard Cornejo, 83, of Rock Island, Illinois, formerly of East Moline, died Thursday, March 17, 2005, in Riverpark Health Care Center, Rock Island.
A Memorial Service will be held, 10:00 a.m., Saturday, in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. The Reverend Marion ?Pete? McCart will officiate. Memorials may be given to a favorite charity.
The former Irmagard Schmidt was born October 7, 1921 in Rostock, Germany. She married Oscar Cornejo, October 29, 1975, in East Moline, Illinois, he died, January 20, 2003. Irmgard enjoyed; the arts, antiques, traveling, gardening, and cooking.
Suriviors include a granddaughter, Esther Golon, and a great-granddaughter, Juliana Golon, both of Germany. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Petra Neumann. Remembrances and condolences may be shared with the family at www.TrimbleFuneralHomes.com.
