Joyce I. Roesner, 70, of Moline, Illinois, died Friday, June 8, 2007, in Pathway Hospice at Trinity at Terrace Park, Bettendorf, Iowa.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. Burial is in Memorial Park Cemetery, Rock Island. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to a fund for her son, Bryan.
The former Joyce Ileen Hansen was born July 20, 1936, in Moline, the daughter of Jacob and Nina (Bauders) Hansen. She married Glenn A. Roesner in May, 1955, in Chicago. He died June 23, 1985.
Joyce is survived by four children, Dennis Roesner and his fiancée Linda Widmar of Rock Island, Kevin Roesner and his wife Kimberly of Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, Bryan Roesner of Moline, and Cheryl Anderson and her husband Shayne of Newton, Kansas; five grandchildren, Vickie Hartman and her husband Todd, Shelly Roesner, Bryce Roesner, Tracy Roesner, and Kayte Anderson; three great-grandchildren; and a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Marsha Hansen of St. Peters, Missouri.
