Harry G. Reeder

Harry G. Reeder, 70, of Moline, Illinois, long-time Moline Police Officer, passed away suddenly on Monday, May 14, 2018, at UnityPoint Health - Trinity Rock Island.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. Private entombment will be in Rock Island National Cemetery, and no public services will be held.

Harry was born December 23, 1947, in Davenport, Iowa. He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and earned a bronze star medal and several other decorations. He served with the Moline Police Department for 39 years, retiring in 2010.

Harry is survived by his wife, Cindy; a son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Crystal Davis; mother-in-law, Pat Koch, brothers-in-law, Rick Zeroth, Russ Zeroth and his wife Connie, and Mark Zeroth; a sister-in-law, Lori Stark; a niece and nephews. His two dogs, Gunner and Teena will miss him, as will his family and many friends.
