Patrick H. Gray, Sr., 77, of Coal Valley, Illinois, died Sunday, March 29, 2009, in Oak Glen Home, Coal Valley.
Services are 12 Noon on Wednesday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Coal Valley. Interment will be in Pitssburg Hollow Cemetery, Pittsburg, New Hampshire. Visitation is 10 to 11:45 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer?s Association.
Patrick Hibbard Gray was born April 27, 1931, in Pittsburg, New Hampshire, the son of Merrill and Velma (Hibbard) Gray. He married Ileana Jeanette del Socorro Duarn Sinclair in 1983, in Managua, Nicaragua. He was employed by Deere and Company for 25 years, retiring as Territorial Manager in the West Indies and South America in 1998. His family was very important to him, he loved to tinker and work on cars, and enjoyed flying, reading, and boating.
Patrick is survived by his wife, Jenny; five children and their spouses, Eveline and Edward Koch of East Aurora, New York, Patrick Jr. and Susan Gray of Jacksonville, Florida, Steve Gray of Charlotte, North Carolina, Cheryl Gray of White City, Kansas, and Ruddy Gray of Moline; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
