Geri L. Burwell

Geri L. Burwell, 62, of Muscatine, Iowa, died Sunday, March 10, 2019, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City.

Private services will take place, with cremation at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

The former Geri Lynn Boone was born Jun 8, 1956, in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Norval and Norma Boone. She was a waitress most of her life, and also worked construction.

She enjoyed planting flowers, being around animals (especially horses), and spending time with her family.

Geri is survived by a daughter, Keri Dehn of East Moline, Illinois; her mother, Norma Boone of Metamora, Illinois; a brother, Jeff (Vicki) Boone of Metamora; and nieces and a nephew, Jill, Nick and Lauren Boone. She was preceded in death by her father.
