Eunice L. Whitley III

Eunice L. Whitley III, 50, of Davenport, Iowa, died Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at home.

A gathering to celebrate Eunice’s life will be announced in the near future. Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory, Moline, under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home.

Eunice was born January 17, 1975, in Davenport, and was the daughter of Charles and Annie (Coleman) Thompson. She enjoyed her career as a CNA for several nursing homes. Most recently, she worked at Berry Global in Bettendorf.

She loved reading the Bible, writing and coloring, and playing with Barbies. She also enjoyed listening to music and playing video games, and playing Spades. Above all else, family was the most important thing to Eunice.

She is survived by three children, Janiqua (Tim) Allen of Greenville, North Carolina, Eunicca Dickerson of Greenville, and Willis Dickerson, Jr. of Davenport; her parents, Annie Thompson of Davenport, and Charles Thompson of Rock Island; and a sister, Annette Thompson of Davenport.
