Edith Lee Parrish

Moline, Illinois Edith Lee Parrish, 92, formerly of Moline, died Tuesday, February 10, 2004, in Clinton, Washington. Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2004, in Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. Burial is in Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Visitation is two hours before the services. The former Edith Lee was born August 20, 1911, in Northumberland, England, the daughter of George and Wilhemenia (Scott) Lee. She married Robert W. Parrish on December 26, 1936, in Moline. He died February 15, 1991. Mrs. Parrish moved from Moline to Whidbey Island, Washington, nine years ago. She was a member of the Espicopalian Church and the Navy Mothers Club. She is survived by two sons, Richard W. Parrish of Clinton, WA, and Robert L. Parrish of Richmond, VA; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a sister, Elizabeth Meersman of Moline.
