Dennis L. Rosenthal

Dennis L. Rosenthal, Sr., 70, of Rock Island, Illinois, died Saturday, January 21, 2017.

There will be no services. Cremation will be directed by the Cremation Society of the Quad Cities.

Dennis was born December 15, 1946, in Rock Island. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a mechanic at several area businesses, including Sears.

He is survived by children, Lisa (Scott) Cook of Rineyville, Kentucky, Jack Rosenthal of Rock Island, and Dennis Rosenthal, Jr. of Luzerne, Iowa; step-children, Scott Hawkins, and Steve (Chrissy) Hawkins, all of Moline, and Mary Ann Raychel of Rock Island; 6 grandchildren; and siblings, Jack Rosenthal, Mike Kaesbauer, and Patty Marberry. He was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Rosenthal.
