Dax Llewellyn Lancial

Dax Llewellyn Lancial, 4 month old son of Elizabeth Lancial and Nathanial Onsrud of Coal Valley, died Tuesday, May 15, 2007, in the emergency room at Trinity Medical Center, Moline.

Services are 1 p.m. Friday in the Celebration of Life Chapel at Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center, Moline. The Reverend Paul Aurand, Community Church of the Nazarene will officiate. Memorials may be made to the March of Dimes.

Dax was born January 2, 2007, in Peoria, Illinois.

He is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents, Annette and Thomas Lancial of Taylor Ridge, Illinois; great-grandmother, Nadine Cornell of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and aunts and uncles, Scott and Kelli Lancial of Taylor Ridge, Laura and Todd Kilen of Mesa, Arizona, Alice and Morgan Davis of Reynolds, and John and Missy Lancial and Moline.
